Please Note that in Hybrid Stream Direct Stream URL .m3u8 and RTMP automatic switching from webtv to live from encoder does not work.
automatic switching works only from live encoder to webtv
Below details guide give you the idea to use Hybrid Direct URL m3u8 & RTMP:
If your channel is live broadcasting from WebTV and you want to switch live streaming from your Desktop-based Encoder or Hardware Encoder then the first login to your broadcaster dashboard and Click on "WebTV Management" > "Playlist Scheduler".
Now Click on "Stop Web TV Schedular" before press start stream from your encoder like OBS and after press to start streaming you can "Start Web TV Schedular" again not need to wait untill finish your live stream encoder
NOTE: This option will disable Scheduler WebTV stream only, not affect to live and hybrid stream.
and after you stop Live Encoding from your Desktop-based Encoder or Hardware Encoder it will auto switch to WebTV.
