VDO Panel Provisioning Module for WHMCS

The WHMCS VDO Panel module is developed in PHP that integrates VDO Panel as a Product/Service into WHMCS.

This allows the ability to create users in VDO Panel, change their profile (port, website, station, password ), change their password, suspend/un-suspend or terminate accounts etc.

Pre-requirements: Existing installation of WHMCS (version 5.0 and above)

Step 1:

 Download VDO Panel WHMCS Module from the link:

For PHP 7.1 & Up : https://everestcast.com/whmcs-modules/php7/vdopanel_for-php-7.tar.gz

For PHP 8.1 & Up : https://everestcast.com/whmcs-modules/php8/vdopanel_for_php_8.tar.gz

 Extract and Upload vdopanel directory to ../modules/servers/ via FTP or directly upload VDO-PANEL-WHMCS-Module.zip and exact on ../modules/servers/
 

Step 2:

Now Add New Servers

How to Add Servers?

~ Login your WHMCS Admin Panel and click on menu Setup > Products/Services > Servers.

~ Click on "Add New Server" Choose Module Name "VDO Panel" Insert your VDO Panel Installed Server Hostname or IP Address, Insert VDO Panel  Admin username & Password. At Access Hash Field Insert API "Token".

To Get API Token:

Login your VDO Panel Admin Dashboard. Click on System Settings > API Settings and copy Token

And Finally Click on "Save Changes".

Step 3:

Now Create New Server Group and Give Group name and select recently added server from server list and click on ADD and finally click on Save Changes.

Step 4:

Now Add New "Products/Services"

How to Add New Product/Services?

Login your WHMCS Admin Panel and click on menu Setup > Products/Services > Products/Services.

Now Click on "Create a New Product"

Choose

Product Type : Other

Product Group : Choose your desired Group from dropdown list

Product Name : Give best name as per your need

Module : VDO Panel

Now click on Continue. In Module Settings Choose module Name "VDO Panel" Server Group "Your Recent Created Group" Now Configure the value as per your need.

Viewers Limit (0 value for unlimited)

Maximum Bitrate : Choose from Dropdown List (Low bitrate, sub-SD resolution - 288 kbps or  Medium bitrate, SD resolution - 448 kbps or High bitrate, higher-than-SD resolution - 1152 kbps or  Very High bitrate, HD 720p resolution - 2048 kbps or  Very High bitrate, FHD 1080p resolution - 4096 kbps or  Source bitrate, unlimited kbps )

Allow YouTube Streaming :  Choose from Dropdown List (Yes or No)

Allow Facebook Streaming : Choose from Dropdown List (Yes or No)

Tv Station Storage in megabyte (0 value for unlimited)

Traffic Per Month in megabyte (0 value for unlimited)

Broadcaster Type: Choose from Dropdown List [ Live Streaming or Web TV or Hybrid (Live Streaming and Web TV) ]

Choose Language : Choose Language from Dropdown List

Allow Twitch Streaming : Choose from Dropdown List (Yes or No)

Allow Periscope streaming : Choose from Dropdown List (Yes or No)

Allow Custom streaming : Choose from Dropdown List (Yes or No)

Finally click on save Changes.

VDOPanel Broadcasters Account Creation Welcome Email

Step 1:

Login Your WHMCS Admin Panel. And Click on Setup> Email Template

Step 2:

Click On "Create New Email Template" Button. 

Choose Email Template Type "Product/Service", give unique name and click on "Create"

Step 3:

Type Subject,  and in the body part include the major 3  fields 

  1. Login URL
  2.  User Name
  3.  Password

Step:  4

Click on "Save Changes"

To Apply Welcome Email to your products/services.

Click on SetupProducts/Services > Products/Services

In Details Page Choose the Welcome Email Name from the dropdown list and finally click on "Save Changes"
